Seriously Matt, You Rock!!

Happy Birthday to one of the Biggest Party Animals I know!! Party on Dude!!! This is Matt working on the office, while I was at Virginia in December, I think this is where he was most of the time that I saw him...

Matt told me that this is my room, so he asked me for advice, I think he over did it!! But Matt always does such a great job at all his projects!!

This is a picture of the same room, before remodel. I am looking forward to a picture of the room when it is finished, which I've been told should be done soon! Matt you are amazing!!

This is on Halloween, the day before his shoulder surgery, one of the neighbors were giving out treats for the Adults, I think Aimee washed her hair with it, but not until Matt got his picture taken with it...(great taste or less filling?)...

On the couch just relaxing after surgery, I'm sure he got right up and did something soon after this picture?!! Yeah, not for a while anyway...I think this is what happens when you take a brew from the neighbors and your wife finds out?!...

Not the most fun picture to end on! But you know how very much we love you Matt!! Seriously Dude, YOU ROCK!! You are best EVER!!!! And we wouldn't change you one bit! We hope you had a Happy Birthday and danced the Chicken Dance too, Brock can teach you if you ask him!!

Toomey Family Time Capsule

It was Family night the night before I left Virginia, and for their family night activity, they put the stone that they had engraved on the spot that they buried their time capsule. Here is a picture of them after they placed it... What a great idea that Matt had to get it engraved, it came while they were on their trip, I wondered what was in the heavy box on the porch, it sure is pretty...

This is a Lion Door knocker. Matt read a story about how Brigham Young put lion statues outside the door of their home. It is to remember to have courage to do what is right. So via the Internet, they found this lion, and put it on the door of their playhouse, to always remind them to be courageous. What great parents to love their family so much that they would want them to be the Children of God that they know they are...

This is one of the only pictures of me with the kids, I seem to be behind all the cameras, I think I like it that way, but they should know I was there with them too, so see there I am...

Calee, Gavin and Brock are so blessed to have such wonderful parents! They do so many fun things with them, but never forget to bring in the spiritual things too. We are so proud of you all!! It's always so fun to be with you!! Send me again anytime!!

December fun in Virginia

I was so happy to be able to take care of the kids while Aimee and Matt got some long deserved time away with each other. I had so much fun with them and hope to be able to do it again sometime!!

Here is Brock after he did his hair, with product and all. I had to wash is hair soon after, he had pretty stiff hair. We had a lot of fun together!! One of the times I took Brock to Costco to get some lunch, this kid can eat! Here with his big hot dog grin!!

Gavin just home from school, with his art project he worked hard on. How handsome he looks with his new glasses! Gavin, you are such a cool guy!!

At their ward Christmas party, Brock loved Santa Claus! I think on my trip there we saw Santa about 5 times, in different places. Brock told Santa that he saw him at church.

Here is some crazy Christmas yard art! This house is one of their old neighbors, about 3 houses away from their old house, we couldn't believe how much they did!! And we are just seeing half of it!!

We had so much fun, except I hope I didn't ruin Calee's math skills!! You guys are so great!! I love you so much

Happy 10th Birthday Calee!!!!

Happy 10th Birthday Calee!! She will always be the Toomey Family Princess!! I can't believe how fast you are growing!! What a beautiful Grand daughter! Heavenly Father blessed us with you! We love you so very much!! She had a fun Birthday party with some of her friends. They made some candy treats and sticker fun! Brock is in the middle of all the fun! Gavin found other things to do(I wonder why?!(Too many girls))!!

Aimee made Calee's favorite Oreo ice cream cake, yummy!!

Brock tried on the gift he gave Calee. On Sunday she wore it and he was upset, because he thought it was his! What a funny little guy!! Oh but he does wear it well, don't you think? He also wears the cake well too!!

The Toomey Clan, with their princess on her birthday. Brock loved that musical birthday card! The Chicken Dance is such a great birthday song!! And he danced to it with much enthusiasm!!
