Happy 4th of July!!

I thought it would be appropriate
to show this old picture of
Grandpa Adams, when he was in the Army.
He served in Japan just after WW2,
They took a ship all the way to Japan, where he was
a mechanic. He was a very creative and inventive
mechanic, with the way he would work on machinery.
Mom said that when he was there, he made up
a better way to work on the machinery.
It was very impressive and made their job easier.
Dad has always blessed his family with his talents
of fixing almost anything and also making so many
fun and creative things for all of us! We will always
remember his willingness to do that for us!
Another interesting thing is that he left before he
could walk with his graduating High School Class.
He was only 18 years old!
When he got home, he went to the school and the
janitor told him where he could find his diploma.
We really want to appreciate these brave
men and women who are willing to serve our
country, to help save our freedoms.
Grandpa has a shy cute little smile!

Last night we had Keeton and Maloree stay over,
we made their fun and festive shirts to wear
on the 4th!

Just before we left to go to the Centerville Parade!

It was a beautiful sunny day, and the kids are looking
comfy in their chairs!

Keeton liked this funny hat!

Not sure this umbrella will ever be the same!
Cutie pie Maloree was making it go up and down!
She's worth it!!

Sitting by the Parade route! We love to enjoy the beautiful
summer day, watching a fun parade!
Happy 4th everyone!! We love you all so much!!
